Since the heating elements are soft soldered and have a small cross-section, they are easily pliable. This allows the heating elements to be bent to the unique shape required by the application, meaning that there is no end to how they can be used.

There are countless ways of bending these cable heating elements in a wide variety of shapes, either in the factory or by the customer. For this reason, the benefits of coil heaters include the ease with which they permit various inclines as well as inner and outer diameters.
